• The initial diagnostic fee for hard drives (or flash media (USB or Thumb drives) is $89.99. Data recovery for hard drives starts at $229.99 but depends on the severity of the issues. Data recovery for flash USB drives starts at $149.99 but, again it, depends on the severity of the issues.
• Data recovery can be quite time consuming so timing varies. Rest assured that we will keep you updated throughout the process.
• Smart Computer Care can usually recover data on internal PC hard drives, external hard drives, disks, tapes, CDs, USB, cameras or flash media (memory card or USB flash drive) cards.
