How it's priced

One retainer covers it all

You don't buy these services à la carte. You pick a retainer tier, and your whole company is covered — helpdesk calls, monitoring, security, the works. Larger projects outside the retainer (an office move, a big migration) get a fixed quote up front; smaller out-of-scope work is billed at a reduced client rate.

Why retainer beats hourly

Hourly IT gets paid when things break. A retainer pays us to keep things from breaking — which is why our incentives line up with yours: quiet networks, fast answers, and no surprise invoices at the end of the month.
